This morning, my wifes BlackBerry had a message saying its

This morning, my wife's BlackBerry had a message saying its SIM card had been changed (which it hadn't), and she was unable to use it. This evening, there was another message saying it had to be wiped to return to factory settings. Having done this, we now have yet another message saying "A BlackBerry ID with this email address already exists." Of course it does, it is my wife's, and she wants to reactivate it!! How do we do this?
