Try to restore or update on another computer with a different Internet connection. This will help rule out other issues on your computer that might stop iTunes from communicating with the update server. Then you can connect to your iTunes and restore your data. Please let me know if this does not work for you and we will continue working on your issue.

I have tried that and changed the cable also turned off the firewall

okay, try this next please>
  1. Plug your device into your computer.
  2. Turn off the device.
  3. Hold the Power button for 3 seconds
  4. Hold the Home button without releasing the Power button for 10 seconds
  5. Release the Power Button but keep holding the Home button
  6. Keep holding the Home button until you are alerted by iTunes saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode

Just checking to see if you have went to this page and did everything that is said: http://lastplaceonthe.net/fix-itunes-error-3014-upgrading-iphone-firmware/
Upgrade to latest version
Download the firmware directly from Apple
Hard reboot the phone
Take out Sim card
Connect phone to computer
And keep following the instructions. If that doesn't work, back up your Iphone to a different computer then do a restore, then restore ITunes.

Error 3014 could also indicate that you need to free up more disk space on the computer before trying to restore again. Or the error 3194 most likely indicates you do not have the latest version of iTunes installed Update to the latest version of iTunes.
