I have recently upgraded my phone to a Galaxy S5 from EE however

I have recently upgraded my phone to a Galaxy S5 from EE however I have set up the finger print security and given an alternate password. Now the phone refuses to accept either leaving me locked out. what can I do?

, then with the phone powered off, press at the same time the 3 buttons: Volume Up, Home, Power until the Samsung logo appears, then release

yes it says reboot sytem now

Great. Please use the Volume Down button to highlight the option "wipe data/factory reset", then press the Power button
, then use Volume Down button to highlight Yes..., then press Power button.
