I have a Microsoft Lumia 550,I have had a 'Run the Map' app. and a 'Route Tracker' app. downloaded for months with no problem, but since last week they both fail to load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but they still won't load. I have tried installing several similar apps. eg 'Runtastic' and 'Striver' and have the same problem.

Hiya, Do the apps actually install? _ Sounds like they do :-)

When you try to run the apps do they attempt to run, but then go kind of black screen, then maybe freeze and give an error message - This would be useful cheers

the apps install,they attempt to run for about half a second,then the screen goes black and returns to the home screen.
