I have sent two replies to incoming emails and so far things work. I then closed Outlook and re-opened it and it continued to work, so with luck normal service between me and friends can be resumed without the stress of the last few days.

Thank you.

It will, the interface was corrupted, this was your problem, which we resolved.

If you have continued problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
