I have done all of this already
not working in most cases, just viewing with no changes made but yes in dropbox
I understand that all but I can open a file, close it again and immediately its saved and my colleagues can do the same. NO changes are being made, the file is simply being opened.
it hasnt always been this way as we have been using dropbox for a few years and its worse now than ever.
on 2 computers, everytime an excel file ( doesn't happen on word etc) is opened, it is autosaved somewhere in the system. On one computer this does not happen. the two computers that it applies to are running office 2010 and the one where it doesnt happen is 2007
no we dont have another where its not happening and the files are all 1997-2003
i do, only the 2010 computers are doing it.
