I have a Extension on Google Chrome that i cant remove.. I

I have a Extension on Google Chrome that i can't remove.. I tries by un clicking it through settings but it says (This extension is managed and cannot be removed or disabled.) I searched online and people say to go to control panel and unistall the program... but its not there...

I have also gone through 'regedit' to remove it but its not there either..

I have also gone through - cdrive/users/me/appdata/local/google/chrome/userdata/default/extensions then removed the folder.. but the dam thing keeps coming back...

I then unistalled all the programs on my pc (which took ages) even unistalled chrome to see if one of them added it but no... its still there
