Hi Ansh. Sorry for the delay. It wasn't working so I tried a few things of my own, signed up for a trial period. The computer wants to know what program I want to use with it. It suggests a green icon.

IE. It wants me to look in the aps store to find a program to start it up

Ansh P. :

Nope, it's not working :(

Ansh P. :

Can you pls try right clicking on the calendar icon again? Also, try going to desktop and see if calendar is pinned there to taskbar?

Ansh P. :

Right click on calendar icon pinned in taskbar as well.

Customer:

This Windows is a duff operating system. I have had a good look but it is nowhere. It is not pinned in task bar. Have you any ideas?

Ansh P. :

Try to unpin it and re-pin it back

Customer:

No luck. Look, Ansh, its not your fault that my OS is duff and at least I can look at my appointments. I do appreciate your help and I will be able to sleep well tonight. Have you any further ideas?

Ansh P. :

Another thing you can try is restoring the computer back to tomorrow.

Ansh P. :

That may reverse the settings and make things fine

Customer:

Ah. I will make a paper back up first. Thanks for your help, you earned your fee. Good night Ansh

Ansh P. :

Thank you and you too have a great night.

Ansh P. :

Goodbye!
