A technician came to sort out my computer, and all the inbox before November 7th 2013 disappeared, and I cannot get it back. Please help me how to do this, as there are some very important messages there many thanks Marion XXXXX

Richard. I clicked on to inbox, and still I do not have any messages before 7th Nov 2013 which is the problem I always had. Please help me further. Marion.

ok, they have been completly removed from the computer Marion.

I spent hours restoring everything available and if they are still not there, then the technician permently deleted them sorry.

They will not be recoverable.

Richard Thank you---but I thought that any emails even deleted stayed somewhere on the computer??? I have a back up system Would we find these missing emails on that?? I do not know how to work it. It is a smaall box sitting on top of the tower?? Thanks
