Hello Jerry I have just got my PC back from safe mode. Everything was switched off including internet connection and could not get in touch with you. However Pinacle is is still not working and I am beginning to think that the patch is not up to the job. What do you think? Is there anything else we can try?
On Microsoft Community website I can see some 27 people suffering the same problem as mine. [Pinnacle Studio 16 not compatible in Windows 8.1] Frankly I don't understand what they are talking about but it seems that they have some solutions that resolve this issue. Could you have a look at this perhaps. Talk to you in the morning U/K time.
