I asked a question a few minutes ago but couldnt log on even

Resolved Question:

I asked a question a few minutes ago but couldn't log on even though you reset the password; I committed to pay 35. Hopefully this will work.

I am setting up a new laptop (Windows 8). I installed Office 365 and it worked long enough for me to set up Outlook with emails, calendar, contacts etc - but now Outlook, Word, Excel etc open and then immediately say that there is a problem and the programme will have to c lose. I've tried uninstalling some software I installed after installing Office but this made no difference.

Hello Viet

The MS Office screen has been stuck for a long time now - it is supposed to be running through and 'wrapping things up'. It ran through quite quickly last time. There is still the problem with Office, though - it says there is an error when you try and open up the programme.
