, I am trying to reactivate Sibelius 6 on both PC

I am trying to reactivate Sibelius 6 on both PC 7 and Mac Yosemite. Since Avid took over, however, my original serial number is ***** longer recognised.
Any ideas?

The serial number should not have been affected unless it was used as a batch of serials from software pirating in which they would have put a block on it.
Try first upgrading to 6.2 via my link below
http://www.sibelius.com/helpcenter/updates/sib6_update_login.html
Then try to register it and see if it now allows it, as this update has been made to resolve this.
I can also do these steps directly on the computer and have made the request. It is an additional service and completly optional. If you wish to take advantage of this, then you can accept the service, else please continue with carrying out my instructions.

Can you please go to www.teamviewer.com
Click on Download in the top right.
Go down to "TeamViewer Quicksupport"
Click on Download and download and run the program.
It will give you an ID and a Password.
Please give me the ID (leave a space between each character eg: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) and the password ***** your next message to me here.
Do not close the program, but leave it open.
I can then connect to your computer.

I was not able to access your remote service. In the meantime Avid has offered me an upgrade to Sibelius 7. So I shall proceed down this route to see if a successful outcome can be achieved. Thank you for your help so far. I would appreciate a refund in respect of the abortive remote service.
