i had a virus removed from my desktop(ACER E15)yesterday and now all i am getting on my screen is "starting" and have been last 10 hours.I was running windows 8.1

How was the virus removed was it tested after

no windows disc.virus was removed by microsoft tech.as far i am aware and i was given phone number *********** /p>

you have been scammed

There are a couple of things you need to do

1) contact your Bank and get a refund payment

2) to get the machine running again your going to need a windows disk

If you dont have one a local tech will do this the cost would be no More than £40 pounds Re-install
