yes

Thanks
The only way to do that is to remove the Recover option from your Hotmail Options
If you disable that option you cannot turn it back on which means if you delete an email by mistake in the future you cannot recover it.
Open Hotmail
Click on Options then More Options
Click on Customizing Hotmail then Advanced Privacy settings then Deleted Messages
Click the Option to "Don't let me recover deleted messages-once they leave the Deleted folder, don't give me a link to get them back"
Click on SAVE
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.
If you have any problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Its not done message is still recoverable ?

Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
It is, I disabled the recover messages function Steve, so when you go to the deleted folder you don't have the option to recover.
Sign out and sign into your account again as you might be looking at an old version.
