I downloaded vmware a few days ago. but it wont let me log on again. there'a message stating that the agent is logging off a previous session. I have logged off , restarted my laptop, re-installed vmware but i cant seem to log on anymore

I can not log on to the desktop

It's windows 8.1 and yes I can get to the login in page
