I have a Sony Laptop running Windows 7 and have been using Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements for some time. I recently had to undertake a factory reset and after reinstalling Adobe I now cannot open the organiser and get a runtime error and error 213.8. I have browsed the forums and tried a couple of things to no avail. Are you able to help.

I tried to contact the Adobe Support Team with no success.

I do not know if this is the same problem but it just appeared on my screen and suggested I went to Adobe.com/support/

I looked at the downloads but none were relevant except the Adobe Reader which I updated. Following this I tried to open Adobe Photoshop but still got the same message.
