I tried to contact the Adobe Support Team with no success.
I do not know if this is the same problem but it just appeared on my screen and suggested I went to Adobe.com/support/
Yes, I have tried reinstalling it twice.
Not sure but I will do so now and see what happens.
I looked at the downloads but none were relevant except the Adobe Reader which I updated. Following this I tried to open Adobe Photoshop but still got the same message.
I've been working hard to find a Professional to assist you with your question, but sometimes finding the right Professional can take a little longer than expected.
