Hi, I downloaded windows 10 last week, that's when the problem started. Erm, not sure, Outlook email?

Yes, can do remote if that's easier - especially as I'm rubbish with computers!!

I've had to come on to another laptop in order to access your e-mails, as they haven't come through on mine. Shall I go online on my lap top & access you via the website?
