I had already re-installed the app, since I had to take my laptop to the shop and have it repaired, and when it was returned to me it had been reset to factory standards. Now I can't get the app to function, and it worked fine before I had the laptop fixed.

I was able to install it, but when I click on the icon it goes to the HP Store and doesn't start the app. I'm not sure what's going on.

Is this on a Windows computer?

If so, please try right clicking and selecting run as administrator.

Also be sure you are logged into the HP store.

I right-clicked on 'run as administrator', and it still went to the store page but didn't open the app or ply any of my song list. What am I doing inorrectly?
