Have just moved to Windows 10 from 7 - at first Outlook worked but is now saying it has encountered a problem and closes down?

All other MS programmes seem to working OK - version of Outlook s 2010.
OK to do a remote session but not sure how you will sen connection details to my PC since mail is not working in outlook -
