I use outlook.com accessed usually from the MSN website using Windows 10. I can as you can see receive email the problem is sending.
If you can troubleshoot directly on the computer I am prepared to try
I have been checking out the workings of my computer following your kind fix of my email and one drive problems. In the course of the fix I seem to have lost all touch with my Knowhow Cloud. While this was 'disconnected' following conversion to windows 10 I was still able to access it and use it and I have some important files still on it which were placed there before the advent of windows 10. If it has been lost completely (the desktop shortcut no longer works and it is not listed as a place for files) then so be it but if the files at least could be retrieved then this would be great.
