I have been unable to receive & send emails from my outlook

Resolved Question:

I have been unable to receive & send emails from my outlook account
I am informed that my outlook account is out of date
When I attempt to 'Fix Account' I get a message saying 'Something went wrong'
Also, when I switch on my pc I get a warning message that Windows is not connecting
Can you help please?
This is so frustrating!!!
