Hello,
I am a QuarkXPress user for many years. I have activated various versions of the software without any problem in the past. However, this morning, the activation process will not work?
I need to activate QuarkXPress 6.0. When I try to activate, the process will not occur and a demo copy appears to use. I need to open a saved file of a newsletter I publish. Please help me.

Hello and thank you for choosing JustAnswer.com

Im very sorry to hear about the issue you are having. My suggestion here is to UNinstall COMPLETELY all of the QuarkXPress software.

Then after you UNinstall, reboot the computer.

Then Download a fresh copy of QuarkXPress, and REinstall, and activate.

That should solve the issue.
