can you make sure you have the latest version installed from here please

ok, Open Finder
Click go to folder and go to
~/preferences
Press enter
Go to /Application Support/Firefox
And trash the folder profiles
then restart the Mac and tell me if it now crashes please

it cannot find preferences or Application Support - firefox is synced to other machines by the way

Then go to Firefox

can do Library>Preferences> but no application support, Firefox or Mozilla listed

ok, this can be caused by trusteer rapport. if you're a user of that program, please see if there's an update available for it or else keep it stopped/uninstalled for the moment and then use Firefox.

nope not in firefox application, mac applications not from a search
