I am using Outlook 2013. Yesterday I had a message that my outlook settings were out of date. Now I cannot send or receive messages in my normal set up. (I click on the outlook icon at the bottom to access emails.) Troubleshooting screen on internet connections says: website (wpad.520b.com) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts. Outlook send/receive progress gives the following message:
reported error(Ox80042109) outlook cannot connect to your outgoing STMP server.
Can anyone help please?

I work on 2 email accounts:***@******.*** and***@******.***. I really don't know how they are set up, and I am technically totally inept. Microsoft Helpline say they have got the account sending and receiving once more, but I am used to clicking the outlook icon at the bottom of the laptop which takes me into outlook, and I am not getting anything when I use this method.
