I have a new laptop windows 10. Setup appeared tobe OK, with access to email and internet. After shutdown and reboot the sign in page appears. Using my normal email address/ account identity / and previous password ***** it rejects the sign in. Using microsoft email new passwords does not result in any progress, with repeat requests for sign in info. Always saya account not accessable.
