Can you tell me please which email service you are using
Which email program eg: outlook 2010
And the error you get when you try to receive emails?
I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.

Hi my problem is I can receive mail but can't send it. When I send it it says its gone but a few hours later i get email to say delivery status notification delay then a few hours later an notification to say it failed and thats regardless of what contact I send too

ok, sign into your old account, then click on the 9 dots on the top left and select People
Then click ion Manage and choose Export for Outlook.com and other services and the contacts are downloaded to your computer.
Then sign into your new account we made, click the dots then people and click Start Import
Choose the file when you exported and the contaccts will then be imported to this new account

No, thats the old one, and you still need to open Teamviewer.
All I need you to do is what you did then, open a program, I am not sure why you are not doing this..... whats the issue with doing what I have been asking you to do?
