I am having difficulty accessing Outlook office 2016 as hangs on processing when opening. This has happened before and was rectified by reinstalling but will not enable me to do so now without buying again. Can you please assist bearing in mind I am not technical. Hi there and welcomeCan you tell me please which version of windows you are using? I can see you are a first time user to the site.
