Customer Question

(WHM/cPanel/Exim)
I have a customer who has moved from a Managed hosted service to a unmanaged hosted service. I am not familiar with cPanel or WHM but I believe the error we have rests there. There is a PHP application that sends emails out as part of its function and emails to the same domain are being rejected.
I believe this may be a configuration with the Exim Mail Manager sending email from the incorrect domain. Can I configure Exim to use my authorised mail domain to send emails?

Hello and thank you for choosing JUSTANSWER.com.So....the PHP application.....is sending out Emails FROM the same domain as its destination (as an example) example.com. So...Email info would beFROM:***@******.***:***@******.*** that about right? Some Email servers will BLOCK emails coming from the same domain as potential virus activity.
