Can you first tell me please which version of outlook you are using? And the version of windows?
I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.

whats the error you get when it fails to install?
Did you ask them to restore the backup? As this is what we need from them as they are not on the computer

They never made a backup on your computer, I checked for this yesterday, and with no backup on the server, then the data is lost sorry. You're not going to be able to restore it.
