I am running MS Word 2008. There are comments down the right

I am running MS Word for Mac 2008. There are comments down the right hand side of the document i am working on, but all i can see is the top line. How can i open these to read them?

In word, switch the view to Print Layout or Web Layout and you should then see the comments.
