We opened a bank account on Gran Canaria with BBVA some years

Customer Question

We opened a bank account on Gran Canaria with BBVA some years ago. Due to illness we have for some time not been able to travel by air. Since our cards ran out in 2009 we are unable to access our funds. We want to close the account. We have sent letters, made phone calls to various BBVA branches but to no avail. The BBVA continue to charge the admin fees, we now are 20 Euros in debt. We need advice on how to resolve this issue. Thankyou
