My late husband, an Englishman died 1/11/15 here in Thailand

Resolved Question:

My late husband, an Englishman died 1/11/15 here in Thailand aged 63. I am a thai national. We married in Thailand 6/5/2014 and the marriage was registered at the british embassy, Thailand.
My late husband made out a will in which he said he would make out in my favour. But just before his death, he was of unsound mind, and unsure of himself, he changed the will to favour his sister.
Now I have nothing except large hospital bills to pay (£12,000 approx). But I cannot pay the bills.
As his widow, I feel that I am entitled to something from his estate.
Please advise, thank you. Daowi Pemberton

Hi there

If the will says nothing about you, you will get nothing

Sorry for that

In all cases, try to charge the bills to the heir, as she will be the one who get the goods

Thank you
