Hi I want to extend me rear elevation 1.5m with an 8m opening

Customer Question

Hi I want to extend me rear elevation 1.5m with an 8m opening being 6.5m supporting first floor with 1.5m going out gable to extend this will give us a 1.5 side and rear extension. We would need to t joint the steel. The question is
Not sure if can crane so can I joint steel?
Would I need to pile?
Want to avoid in room support if pos?
