I recieve a War disablement pension and an Allowance for Lower Standard of Living Allowance of £639.84 monthly. Is this a tax free Benefit?

Hi.

Take a look at EIM74302, EIM74303 and EIM74304.

Provided the whole or the war disablement pension is attributed to disability caused during service in the armed forces, then it will not be taxable. If by "Allowance for Lower Standard of Living Allowance" you mean "Allowance for Lowered Standard of Occupation" that will also be tax free.
