Customer Question

my company went into Creditors voluntary liquidation 3 years ago. The liquidator has requested a list of assets' and liabilities in order to collect monies from me to pay creditors. Do I need to include my SIPP as an asset and if so are they able to get that money in the SIPP?

The company and you are seperate legal entities. On what grounds does the liquidator think that you owe the company money?
