If you received the P14 summary from your employer, that is odd as you would normally receive a P60 showing your pay and tax details for the tax year which ended on the previous 5 April. You have probably been sent the P14 by mistake and should ask the employer who sent it to you to send you a P60 instead. Until recently, the P14 had to be sent to the tax office by the employer but this information is now submitted electronically. It has the same information on it as a P60.
Unless you complete an annual self-assessment tax return or you think you may be entitled to a tax repayment, you need do nothing with the P60 save for storing it safely.
