Example:- I have OEIC with income distibution, payment accumulation. I pay £1000 for this, get an income of £200 (accumulated) and then sell for £2000, is my taxable capital gain £2000 - (1000+200)?

Hi.

The accumulation increases your cost for Capital Gains Tax purposes if you are subject to income tax on the accumulation dividend as you will read here. So, your example calculation is correct.

I hope this helps but let me know if you have any further questions.
