The goods will not be manufactured there but in other countries, e.g. China, other EU countries but not in the UK etc.. Any chance of a link to the relevant "law".
Thanks but it looks like if total sales are greater than £70K/year, which is quite low, you have to register for VAT in the UK and charge your non registered customers VAT and pay it over to HMRC.

If the Gib based company had sales over £70K to the UK would it have to register for VAT in the UK and charge UK based non-registered customers VAT?
