Good morning.
I was loading up 'BrightPay' last night to submit RTI information. Got all the way through except last step when it rejected my HMRC ID of 988919174810.
My ref is: 961PG017988713.
Looking for your assistance.

This will be an issue woth BrightPay - and will need to contact their support helpdesk - as this is NOT an HMRC operational software (its merely endorsed to recognise it is sufficient to meet HMRCs needs)
Or if its a case that your User ID is wrong then you will need to speak to the HMRC Online Services helpdesk and their contact details are
Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm
Saturday, 8am to 4pm
Closed Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day
