Hi.
Take a look here for some information on the generic types of expenses that you can claim a deduction for if you are self-employed:

You will probably have expenses specific to your type of business.
As far as claiming for home expenses is concerned, take a look at the links below for information on that. There are some examples at BIM47825, one or more of which may fit in with your situation:
