HelloThe correct form to use depends on if you accessed the pension while still receiving other payments or not.Use form P50Z if you don’t receive employment income, Job Seeker’s Allowance, taxable Incapacity Benefit, Employment and Support Allowance or Carer’s Allowance.Use form P53Z if you do receive employment income, Job Seeker’s Allowance, taxable Incapacity Benefit, Employment and Support Allowance or Carer’s Allowance. As you were still employed the P53Z would be correct.HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) will usually send repayments within 5 weeks, but it may take longer in some cases. You should wait 5 weeks after making an online claim and 6 weeks after making a postal claim before contacting HMRC about the payment. As you have waited more than the time needed you should contact HMRC.You can phone or writehttps://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/hm-revenue-customs/contact/income-tax-enquiries-for-individuals-pensioners-and-employeesI sincerely ***** ***** is helpful.
