Resolved Question:

We are planning to resell and deliver the groceries from specific supermarket brands, like tesco. We will charge a 20% markup on final-total price and also charge 3.5£ for a delivery. So our profit is 20% from the grocery products and 3.5£. How should we pay a vat?

Hi Thanks for your question If you will use the supermarkets products (so not hold the stock yourself) then VAT will just be due on the 20% mark up price and the £3.50 Thanks Sam
