Resolved Question:

I own a property in Cyprus where I live most of the year.
I am selling a property in Northern Ireland and in process of purchasing another.
I have read about the new Stamp duty tax brought in on April 2016.
It appears to state that I will have to pay an extra 3% on the purchase of my new property, in northern Ireland.
I hope to use this property as my main dwelling, although I pay tax in Cyprus.
Please advise.
