I work full time but had a stroke in febuary been doing

I work full time but had a stroke in febuary been doing phased return to work I now work 5 hour's a day but been told my sick pay has run out am I eligible for tax credits until I'm ready to return to full time employment

You will need to make claim to the DWP and they will assess whether you are due employment and support allowance or a op up with Income support, Universal credit or depending on your ability Personal Income payment
