Customer Question

I was caught on the M3 doing 95 mph at the end of March 2014. I was told by the Officers at the time that the matter would be heard in Court ! I was told by them that there was a back - log of cases in Hampshire and that it may take up to 3 months before I hear back from the relevant admin centre. I have now received official notification ! Albeit 9 months later dated 23rd December 2014 but not received through the letter box until 10th of January 2015.Date of hearing was apparently 01/12/14. I was not officially told of this date before the hearing !!! Have I been treated the right way on this matter? Do I have any rights regarding these issues? I do not currently have any driving convictions ! Age 68 Mr M xxxxx xxxxxxxxx  *********** Help Please !!!
