Customer Question

hi I received an NIP for a speeding offence which I admit too, but the NIP was sent to my previous address? which is strange as my driving licence reflects my new address details? do I have a case?

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
Sadly not. Generally details are taken from the DVLA V5, so if that still had your old address that will be why it was sent there.
But just because its the wrong address does not mean you can get away with it.
I am sorry! Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
