Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.
Ok. Check the bills. In short if there is evidence of a call - you are ok. If they is no evidence of a call to the DVLA you have difficulty.
Unless you have proof you posted it.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

I am disabled my wife works 20 hours per week do I qualify for legal aid
Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.
No. You have to submit the v5 that is a legal requirement. You may be entitled to legal aid but this offence does not involve custody, so you may not be granted it.
