Speeding notice of intended prosecution NIP - accused of

Customer Question

Speeding notice of intended prosecution NIP - accused of driving at 36mph in a 30mph limit area. Area is a flyover in Crawley west Sussex. Vehicle traveling on downward slope of fly over towards manor royal industrial estate. Officer at ground level on
break in centre reservation 300 yds ahead with speed gun (type not known). Speed trap warning signs permanently promulgated on upward slope of flyover along with 30mph limit warning signs acting as 'termination markers' from previous 40mph limit. Lamp-posts
at correct distances. Other than range considerations of the gun, whether it was calibrated that day and if the officer was properly dressed I'm open to any help you can throw my way.
