Could you please explain your situation a little more?

WhenI left my house there was a bomb scare the police had block the road, when I went out they did not stop me but when I was coming back they tried to . As I thought it was OK to go back to my house

I thought it was OK to back home .The police officer was talking to anther officer at the time as I was going up the road ,he walked onto the the road to stop me ,at this time a box in the back of my fell which distracted me and I went on

Thanks. Is it an offence- yes it is. In fact it could be far worse because you agreed you had been distracted and it could be driving without due care/careless driving.

All you can do is see what the Police decide. if you have no other previous you are likely just to get a caution.
