I had neen to a meeting and was on my way back to work

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Would it be a good idea to write down that i was hurrying back to work, which is true,or not?

Are we still connected?
Expert:  Jo C. replied 3 months ago.

Not really.

It is no defence or particularly good mitigation although it isn't aggravating.

With very high speeds over the limit you want to be emphassinsg your hitherto good record, remorse, the shortness of any distance driven at speed, absence of heavy traffic, clarity of conditions etc etc. If indeed you can truthfully make those points.

But this is going to court.

They are not going to give you the fixed penalty I;m afraid.

Can I clarify anything for you?
